I'm hoping to see him in there with Povetkin maybe till Wladimir/Haye is done with though I doubt they'll take that fight as I'm sure they also know Arreola would get KO'd. Heard they might take on Chambers and that's a very good fight.

    Eating a big fat turkey.
A true HW contender in this shitty division puts him away.

I'd like to see Arreola gain more weight. We might as well give up on the idea of this fat slob getting any discipline, so it will be kind of neat to see just how fat he has to get before HBO gives up on promoting this dud.

Unfortunately, it doesnt matter what he does really. He can beat every bum heavyweight out there. But as soon as he fights one of the Klitschko's, he's done. That's just the state of the division. The brothers are just far too dominant. Wlad has gotten much better as a fighter both physically and mentally. Areola really just isnt anything special.

    It's not just the Klitschkos.
Povetkin,Chagaev,Haye would beat him and plenty of guys with good chances.

Hopefully a summer tilt with Vitali. Looking forward to going to that massacre.

If not, Chambers and Thompson would be good fights as eliminators

He should try for a title shot vs. Vitali, assuming VK can get out of fighting the too often recycled Maskaev. He may even land a fight vs. Valuev or Chagaev if the WBA will allow it.

If he can't get any of those he should fight Chambers in a possible eliminator.

I agree 100%. What I'm saying mostly is that outside of Haye(who we dont know about yet), all those names you mentioned above are nothing compared to the Klitschko's. With that said, Arreola has no chance.

What step-up? He just knocked out McCline who knocked down and almost out then-no2 Sam Peter, and never was counted out before. He's was a much better name than let's say Barrett for Haye and he gets his shot, so why Arreola shouldn't? There's no level between McCline and 'the guys deserving an eliminator', so who's exactly the bigger and more legitimate contender out there, who's available and not sitting on his ranking?

Arreola should be next in line for a title shot...if not one of the Klits, maybe a Chambers fight to set it up...
