whats next for bernard hopkins???

If the old man wants to go out on a proper woopin he should fight Bute. Bute would be the first to KO old man Hopkins.:!::!::!:

The problem with that is,if you take GG and Froch as an indication of how often Bute takes big fights,what age will Bernard be when Lucien's ready for his next name opponent?:think

 

Hopkins should retire.
I pray to God he does not fight guys like Bute, im afraid he will get beaten clearly again which will hurt his legacy slightly.
Hopkins will fight again, but he should face someone like Cleverly or move to CW and try to fight Tarver for a title.

People forget that Hopkins has put up great performances against Trinidad, Tarver, Pavlik, Pascal. And each of these fights made people bow and respect B-Hop like crazy until B-Hop has another boring fight, and then these same people criticize him...

 

I'm not a big fan of Hopkins but why should he retire? Even though Dawson won, it wasn't exactly a one sided beatdown. Dawson just has the tools and style to beat Hopkins, but i can't say the same for a lot of SM's and LH's out there. There are not many fighters in his weight range that could beat him. Whether we like it or not, Hopkins has the skills to carry on for another few years....
