What's next for Beterbiev?

Beterbiev vs Benavidez would be a hellacious scrap. I favor Beterbiev to beat Benavidez whose style is tailor made for him to look good against.

 

Beterbiev has been making $1m+ per fight since Gvozdyk. He's a PPV star now and his fanbase and popularity have increased massively since Turki put in the effort and money to make the Bivol fights.

He isn't fighting for 5 figure paydays ever again, nor in America. Turki likes him as do the Saudis so they will pay him well.

Bivol won't be fighting till Q4 this year. Beterbiev may feel like he needs to improve his skills so could take another fight in between then. Morrell maybe?

 

Anyone who stands infront of Beterbiev for more than 3 seconds is getting mauled. Bivol was on his feet all night in both fights against Beterbiev for good reason.

Thats exactly why it wouldnt happen. Bivol, benny and beterbiev are way too big for canelo.
