it seemed to me that BJS (reluctantly) agreed with you--or at least recognized there's a sufficiently high risk that it's true (he loses his mando w/ Khurtsidze)--so i thought this is why he's clearly trying to get a deal done with GGG. but then this eliminator was announced which buys BJS more time--ie, neither becomes BJS' mando until that fight happens and yet BJS continued to pester daily for about two weeks from just after the Jacob's fight until a few days ago. so it seems BJS' sense of urgency--which for him is new (two fights in the last two years)--might well be be caused by his fear that as each day passes without a signed contract from GGG's team, that's one more day they are negotiating with the Golden Girls for the Conyellow fight, and each additional day makes that fight more likely to be signed, leaving BJS out. (We know Oscar complained about GGG's intention to fight BJS in June, but most think it's just a pretext to back out of negotiations). Eubank Jr BJS said in an inteview about two weeks ago that he's been inactive because he's not motivated to fight anyone else--no interest in giving Eubank Jr another shot (BJS doesn't like him and believes his win was convincing enough) Andy Lee BJS won the WBO from Lee at the end of 2015. Interesting fight: BJS dropped Lee at least twice very early but Lee won the later rounds convincingly, then it went to a decision. After the fight, Lee took a year off, just won a fight last month and might want a rematch; doesn't seem BJS would be interested GGG i'm not convinced that BJS had "moved on"--either his "i've moved on" is just a show, else he's over-reacting; let's wait and hear it from Frank Warren first. More likely it's just an issue with the venue, which i think will be worked out next week BJS doesn't seem interested in fighting anyone but GGG--at least that's what he said in his interview. He claims it's not about the money (which he said he plans to give 100% to his father anyway). So if it's not the money then, it must be a genuine test of his skills motivates him, several fighters could do the job (and who would likely agree to a BJS fight): either fighter in the eliminator, Lemieux, Andy Lee (?), Daniel Jacobs (?).
