Cuz for Porter, I think it's rather straightforward. 1. Unify with Spence or 2. Fight mandatories which are already lined up for Porter. As for Danny Garcia, I have no idea what's next for him. I personally think he's done at the top after this loss. Where does he go from here?
He has options. He lost a decision. Almost easier now. Fight someone less quality and then get back into the big picture. Sometimes losing a fight gets a guy a bigger fight than the guy who beat him.
DSG has lots of options basically he can fight any of the champions or top contenders. personally I gave the fighter to Danny but cannot begrudge Porter getting the verdict. I gave rounds 1-3 to Garcia clearly also rounds 9,10 and 12.
Lol Danny needs to stop fighting bums in between these even match ups. Danny needs to fight a Vargas, Broner, Horn some B- guy who can give him a good test but he should be beating. But knowing Garcia he will go and pick Felix Diaz or some guy outside of the top 10
Hell yes. Could be huge. East Coast vs West Coast? American of PR heritage vs American of Mexican heritage?!!! They'd have to have it in Chicago and I would surely go and drink waaayyy too much tequila. Woot!
Yup sounds like a typical Garcia opponent. He will probably fight Ortiz, Collazo then be back in contention to lose for the title.
He should try his luck with Broner. That's the highest level of guys he can PROBABLY beat, if everything falls right in place for him. Unfortunately he has a green light over his head, thanks to his father. He always writes checks that Danny can't cash. I'm so glad that porter put him in his place and made it look ez.
Danny Garcia vs Broner at the Barclays would be a big event. Both guys have fanbases and are legit draws at the Barclays.
Not sure how its over for him... many people had this a very close fight and some had if a draw, I doubt he loses much stock from this loss.
