I think Donaire vs King Kong would be more attractive than Vic. The guy is unbeaten while Donaire gave Vic the biggest loss of his life. Bring this on. Donaire should ignore Vic this time.
for the vic fans, just look at it this way, pac also lost his first fight at 130 against morales. so vic could rematch agbeko if he wants.
We call that "consuelo de bobo" or fool's consolation. Did Shaw ever say: "If Shane has no opponent, we are willing to step in."
well vic lost but he was not brutally knocked out his time even against a bigger opponent. he can still try if he wants to but i doubt he could still improve after this and he already is 33. let's just see.
Why? WTF has Donaire done since beating Vic? Vic paid the price for being too ambitious - ambition is something to be admired, not ridiculed.
I agree w/ you. He can always do a Pacquiao but it's too late in the day. Shane might take his challenge if Vic can come up at l40. She w/ divorce woes is desperate for an opponent.
Nonito is laughing at this moment because he'll play hard to get this time. He might skip Vic and choose to fight Agbeko instead. Agbeko is beatable w/ Nonito's style and power.
Are you sure his power will be carried up 2 weight classes? I'm sure as hell not - his KO ratio above 112 is patchy to say the least. He might be able to outbox Agbeko, but I'm 90% sure Donaire won't be able to knock him out. Darchinyan is 33, do you realise how old that is in this lighter divisions? He's done magnificently getting this far, and I'm sure he'll be able to carry on. I hope he does get his fight against Donaire, unless Donaire actually decides to do a Vic and get some damn ambition of his own.
Are you sure Nonito can't? Just because Vic can't KO Agbeko, you assumed that Nonito can't. Remember that Nonito is younger than Vic at 27 and he has shown that he has the speed and power to knock out his opponents. Exhibit A is Vic The Raging Bulshitter Darchinyan.
i don't know what vic should do. he's 33 years old and just living out of the hype he's been getting.
It has NOTHING to do with Vic being unable to, and everything to do with Donaire's patchy KO record above 112. Don't wanna believe it? look it up.
Vic can bounce back with a win over Donaire. But that will be a tall order for him. Nonito has that knockout victory and Vic may not be able to get it out of his head. But Vic has to fight Nonito next to get some buzz again.
