Not as skilled but still elite skills nonetheless.

He can't pull the trigger for one well timed big shot anymore due to age so that makes a big difference

They both have a ton of wear and tear and injuries on their bodies due to their extensive amateur careers and decades of gruelling training. We know all about Beterbiev's but Bivol's wife says he's ravaged with lots of long term injuries

i think bivol vs benny would be epic. Both those guys are too big for canelo.

maybe canelo vs beterbiev, both coming off a loss or losses. bivol vs canelo was one sided and boring.

It would be an intriguing match up for sure. But Bivol survived the tsunami of Beterbiev's pressure and power x 2 and even though Benavidez is much younger and fresher than Beterbiev and is in his prime, and poses some different problems for Bivol than Beterbiev does the fact Bivol was able to do so and can match Benavidez for speed and has better footwork and movement bodes well for his chances. The vast majority if not every other LHW would've drowned under 24 rounds of that pressure

Has to be the rubber match - Artur deserves the chance for his revenge, only fair - assuming he wants to exercise the option, and I'm sure he will

I agree with you even if I thought that Bivol beat Beterbiev both times.

It can't be anything else but Bivol vs Beterbiev III.

Bivol said he wants to take time off. Benavidez and Beterbiev should fight and winner gets Bivol.

I just can't see Beterbiev doing any better. He was totally solved in this fight.
