It's been almost 3 months since his fight with Choc, the fact that another bout hasn't even been confirmed yet is ridiculous IMO. From the announcement to the fight there will be at least 3 months, If he announces the fight next week even it will be about 6 months since he last fought.

Golovkin on the other hand will have fought 3 times this year by the end of June.

Daniel Geale's IBF mandatory until he hears otherwise is Sam Soliman, and without his IBF title Geale would be a far less attractive prospect to big name opponents.

So it's a stalemate until the Soliman drug thing is sorted or the IBF give Geale the all clear to fight someone else.

Don't be surprised if geal goes down to 154..

Do you think he'd see Ishe Smith's title as an easy target? He's already got an IBF title and he doesn't have to starve himself to keep it. So Geale contemplating 154 pounds doesn't make sense to me.

154 pounds has sure proved a waste of time and effort for Mundine thus far.
