What's next for Juan Manuel Marquez?

JMM has been chasing Pac for a long time. Pac/JMM @ 140 sounds good.

 

Pacquiao will keep ducking him. So that option is out.
I think a fight with Bradley would be interesting.

 

Arum will jump at the chance to get Pacquiao in with him again, although he'll make Marquez come up to WW or make a stupid, ridiculous catch-weight @ 145 or something... cant see him going down to 140 after fighting @ 154 just to go back up to 147, if he does then what will people say? :think

 

I don't see MP having any problems going down to 140. He did it against Hatton after he fought ODLH @ WW.

 

Lightweight is dry, and the good fights too high.

First of all, the fight w/ AM will be a catch weight @ 150 w/c means MP will probably weigh in @ approx. 147. As I have stated before, He fought ODLH @ WW, came down to 140 for Hatton (and looked really good) then went back up to fight Cotto @ 145 catch weight and Clottey @ 147 without showing any ill effects. MP can do it.

Now that I think about it, Bradley is the one 140 fighter Marquez could beat most easily. Doesn't have dangerous power, likes to box at a reasonable pace, isn't overly tall, and is just unrefined enough in his style's technique for Marquez to exploit his mistakes with consistent accuracy and accumulative damage. A fourth title as a Mexican would solidify his legacy.
