Move up in weight? Are you nuts? His chin is glass at 126, at 130 it will be paper. But to answer your question, I would love to see him move up to HW and fight Klitschko. Seeing him get knocked out never gets old.
FNF if he couldn't beat Guerrero then there's not much out there for him -- maybe a jump to superfeather?
He ruined his chances on HBO and now Sho-time He was consistant against nobodies on FNF and seems to have a strong fan base in MN or WI wherever he's from but on a national and global scale I don't see him doing anything significant.
i think he could have a future at super featherwieght. he does have the offensive skills to become a world champion, he just needs to learn defense
I can't stand the guy. If you're going to be that cocky, you better be damn good. He's proven that even though he was a great amateur he isn't cutting it in the pro ranks. Either quit, or seriously tone down the attitude, it's irratating.
:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl The only future this glass jawed JOKE has is getting starched by any decent fighter he faces - and probably a tomato can or two, to boot!!:rofl:rofl
Although he's obviously not in the best place right now career-wise, he is still young and talented, and if he can learn a little more discipline in the ring, tighten up his defense and compensate for his shaky chin, I think Litzau has a decent shot at eventually getting into the mix for a major belt.
He needs to take a few months off and let his brain heal up. Then he needs to start back again fighting on ESPN. With a couple of wins he can be back in a title fight. The featherweight division is wide open right now. Most of the big name fighters have moved up!
He's got Malignaggi syndrome- he's got a shitload of attitude, but at the end of the day, shows heart and respects his opponents after the fight. He also knows that villains sell tickets, too. A big reason he gets paid on FNF is because half the fans like him, the other half watch in hopes of seeing him get destroyed. Being quiet and humble might make more people like him, but he'd lose more interest overall as the fans who tune in to see him get beat lose interest. I hope he takes a little time off, heals, uses this as a learning experience, and then gets back on the horse on ESPN, who needs all the reliable offensive fighters they can get.
