    Whats next for Maidana?

Should it be another fight with Khan? or should he go on to fight another top 10 fighter in his divison? anyone think he should move up weight class? what are your thoughts on this?

Abregu talked smack. Maidana should spank him.:deal
Khan will never give him a rematch. I think its gonna be the Alexander/Bradley looser but Kotelnik II or anyone like Judah, Peterson, Mabuza etc would be also fine

His stock didn't drop in any way on Saturday. He has sooooo many options before him:

    - Loser of Bradley-Alexander
    - Rematch with Ortiz
    - Rematch with Kotelnik
    - Paulie Malignaggi? I think that can be done

Absolutely. He did himself a lot of favours Saturday even with a loss.
Personally think it will be Ortiz II.

It's a shame Ortiz is struggling in his road to recovery. The interest in him is fading fast with performances like the one on Saturday, and I'm concerned the excitement won't be as high as it should be if the two were to meet again.

I don't think he would. Paulie's a tough dude. Very tough. He's also a great mover who seems to do well against guys who come straight at him (Diaz). He of course won't have the power to hold Maidana off, but I think he can survive 12 rounds in an entertaining affair.

I don't think he knocks Malignaggi out, it will go the distance, if it does Malignaggi will have plenty of points.

It's not impossible Maidana gets the KO against Paulie, but it's likely he can withstand consistent blows long enough to go the distance. I can see him getting hurt and holding/running.

An Ortiz rematch is underwhelming due to Ortiz's all too gradual return.

Judah would be fun, but he'd wilt and get stopped.

Kotelnik 2 would be a good way for Maidana to erase the controversial loss, but likely wouldn't give him too many new opportunities.

Alexander would be the best, assuming he loses to Bradley. Maidana would time him and get inside on him and do damage. Devon's tough, but I can see Maidana stopping him, or at least outfighting him to a decision win. This could increase his chances of getting a crack at the loser or winner of Bradley-Khan, again assuming Bradley wins against Devon.

Yeah fair point mate, i would agree with you there.

Would be a cracking fight, If he was to rematch Khan, do you still think Khan would win again? or would Maidana take the win this time knowing what Khan can take and what he brings to the ring?
