Maguire IMO made a wrong move joining Eames, I think he needed someone like Tibbs to work with him. Never been sold on Eames as a trainer although he's had champions.
Look at the positives, learn from his mistakes and get back in the gym. He isn't the first prospect to lose, it's important that he isn't disheartened or use this as an excuse to give up on Boxing again. If he can keep busy and get some rounds in he could get a British or Commonwealth Title shot fairly quickly.
