So ive been looking at some of these threads latley, and I noticed all these chin topics and how McCall's chin is verry excelent. Anyways, it brought to my attention, Whats next?

I seen McCall v Gomez and he clearly lost, but should he just retire? Or do you think he going to try and get back in the title shot mix? McCall should of fought the WBC champ, but you all know, the whole thing right now is a mess. Oleg getting hurt, Sam having to fight McCline. Vilti giving his cents on how he wants to come back and ****...

So really, what is next for Oliver McCall?

Retirement, though I would love to see him fight for another title in the future.

I think he should have a fight with McCline. Both comming off loses, both are searching title's, and whoever wins would get a decent ranking and maybe a future title shot.

He's still got a decent ranking with the WBC, and has every chance to fight into a mandatory position for this or another belt...

...just don't fight any stick 'n' movers! McCall has had a problem with them throughout his career. If Ollie can make it toe-to-toe, he still has as much a chance as anyone.

Him versus Holyfield would be a very nice scrap, methinks.

 ha i was thinking the same thing. boxing should start instituting the loser must retire stipulation for hws. ****, give holyfield, mccall, tua, golota, etc. a shot at wlad but if they lose, they're done. i'd bet these guys would come in the best shape of their lives

  13. Mccall at 42 and coming off a loss is near the end, stick a fork in him..:dead

He would have had a more productive career, IF it wern't for all of the drug use, most folks wrote him off after he cried in the ring in his match with LL.. and that was a very long time ago..

Brutally Ko'ing Mesi would get him back into title contention.

Yeah, but if he killed Mesi, he would never live it down. It's hard enough living down the LL fight.
