Whats next for the winner of this fight and where does the loser go?

my guess is if pac wins, he retires and just focuses on politics. not sure if he loses...maybe try foreman at 154 than retire.

if floyd wins, who the F knows. his ego is large enough as is, so no clue. maybe a b/s fight in england and then re-retire.

if he loses, i would hope he loses the need to protect the 0 and go on warpath taking on mosley and some others.

The only fight that makes sense for Mayweather, should he win, would be the winner of Mosley/Berto (especially if it is Mosley). Paul Williams is reportedly coming back down to 147, but Mayweather would not be interested in that for a few reasons.

Pacquiao, assuming the political aspirations don't get in the way, would have more options given his ability to go down to 140. While many of those guys would gladly come up to 147 to face Mayweather, I think you can make a better promotion of Pacquiao going back to his more natural weight to take on Timothy Bradley. If Bradley wins another impressive fight in the interim, then that could be a decent PPV fight.

If Floyd wins i think it will give him the balls to fight Mosely

Then we can find out who the real welterweight king is.....

I'd be very curious to see if the Philippines has the infrastructure in place to pull of such an event. I can only imagine how much of a furor the country would be in were a Pacquiao fight hosted on native soil.
