Rocky is the type of guy who struggled at school as a kid so its unlikely he'll learn much now.

He seems like a nice guy but not the sharpest tool in the box. Guys like that rarely get far in life.

 

Thought he would be more game, he was beat like a canelo tomato can, sorry but a title holder should of boxed better then that. Not saying win, but not hang on the ropes, khan who has a weak chin, really to me was even on my cards when he got knocked out by canelo. An for what it is worth, I had rocky winning I think every round to point he was knocked down, or at least could go either way. He boxed well, just did not keep it in the center of the ring. Foolish boxing kept him from at least not looking like a tomato can. My guess he will box lighter punchers in England, an make this ass whipping look more impressive. . First drop I can live with, but at this time he Needs to move, move, move an later in the rounds when canelo was tired then you rest against the ropes.

 

@p4pforkliftdriver as I said before the fight, Rocky isn’t a proper title holder. He’s not even close to being on the level of the proper SMW champions and that’s saying something as it’s a poor division. Canelo vs the other SMW champions is competitive apart from Smith who would destroy him.

 

Fielding can now go back to where he belongs which is domestic/fringe European. Eubank JNR level basically.

 

Fielding is this moments Donny Lalonde. SRL did the same thing way back when. Lalonde had no business being in there with SRL and likewise Fielding had no business being in there with Canelo. I hate fights like this. SRL and Canelo are fooling no one except maybe the rankest casuals.

 

Maybe he could get a fight with Chavez Jnr

 

Get back down to his level of boxing and try to regain whatever momentum he had going for him, maybe win a few meaningless titles etc. He doesn't belong in the same ring as world class guys like Canelo.

 

He should probably try to pursue Adonis Creed next.
