What's next for Zhilei Zhang?

Him smoking makes sense with his stamina lol. I get he’s old but Usyk old as balls too but still has S tier stamina, Zhang has the worst stamina in all of boxing.

 

Could go either way as Zhang struggles against pressure fighters that can sap ones stamina but Chisora will be open to a massive counter all fight.

 

It didn't start with the match with Hrgovic, but with the acute renal failure he suffered from dehydration after the match with Forrest. Before that, he did not pay attention to his diet and drank alcohol, but he did not smoke. This is what he said in his documentary.

 

Ortiz fight would be interesting actually, battle of the ancients. That said Ortiz has a shaky chin. Yes Wilder had power, but it felt like he KD'ed Ortiz with 3 of the 5 power punches he landed across two fights, then he was dropped by a Martin jab and twice I think by Ruiz.

Zhang is maybe one of the hardest punchers ever so Ortiz would likely be knocked out.

 

Too old, slow and no stamina, should only fighters other fighters that are the same age as him or retire, he's finished, maybe fight Wilder or Ortiz.

 

Does he actually smoke that much lol?

Doesn't surprise me at the same time to be honest.

 

Personally, it was fun, but I think the novelty act of the 40 year old southpaw giant with power in either fist who is only good for 3-4 rounds has run its course. Retire and enjoy life.

 

I wouldn't let Dubois near Zhang if I managed him.
