Whats next if Andre ward somehow beats Kovalev?

Possibly a Kovalev rematch depending on how the fight goes, otherwise there are other challenges at LHW.

 

Andre Ward will retire undefeated and be inducted into the HOF.

 

If Ward beats Kovalev he can retire upon a cloud of pink candyfloss wafted along by a jasmine scented breeze. Ain't gonna happen.

If it somehow did, massive, massive props to him though.

 

he wont retire, if he gets past kov I would imagine a possible rematch if the fight is close or/and beterbiev would be built up to take him on, you never know chickenson may sign to fight knowing he is unlikely to get killed in the ring with ward? I read something on here previously about ward wanting to go to heavyweight?

 

The world keeps spinning. People who picked Ward will brag like they're boxing pick legends, people who picked kova will look for some justification to the loss.

Ward easily beats Kkkovalev. Kkkovalev continues to fight the same weak opposition he's fighting now, until BeterBeast is ready.

 

Kkovalev has at best an outside shot at beating Ward.

Beterbiev (my current favorite fighter) has an equal chance, because of his diversification of offense. Both fighters have merely a punchers chance. Ward is a master boxer, with power (not KO power, but power) in both hands, with +++ defense, and elite footwork and inside game.

 

I'm truly intrigued as to why y'all think kovalev will beat Ward?

Kovalev leaves his chin on a platter when he's coming to attack, also he doesn't get his punches off quick enough to surprise Ward.
