What's the best boxing venue in Britain... Your choice...!

Id have to go with the 02 great arena.

 

i could not say when the last fight was thier but i saw benn v logan thier and honeyghan v blocker ,graham v mccallum and mccallum v watson ,sibson v anderson amongst others

 

I was joking when I said the Beach Ballroom it was a good place but the organisation was crap, I got chased by Lee McAllisters Granny.

 

ulster hall has a cracking atmosphere.lindsay v appleby was some night

The York Hall, and IMO it is not even close. It got no better than watching live virtually ringside boxing from the bar.

The worse venue I ever went to was Loftus Road, from the moment we walked out the Station (White City) and dog **** was smeared all down the hand rails for the stairs, to the 60s dump of stadium, I knew the fight better be bloody good!

 

Kings Hall (at least for McGuigan fights) seemed even better.

 

the O2. brilliant only problem being getting to ur hotel after. after haye enzo they shut off some tunnel and we cudnt get bk to our digs. we cud see over the water and ended up at greenwich tube station til half 6 in the morning. excel is the shittest ive been by a long shot

 

the O2 is wank.

 

Wolverhampton Civic Hall

 

The worst is Aston Villa Leisure Centre, there was a ****in riot the last time I was there, ****in Muttley fans trashed the place when he got KO'D by Anderson.

 

York Hall's a ****ing chicken shed

York Hall is still the best and when that place is packed there is no where in Britian that creates the same atmosphere...

And for those who know the place well, there is no better place in the World for cheap ringside seats and I do mean RING SIDE :deal
