Has anyone got a good neck routine ? I have one of them harnesses things but whats best ?

low weight high reps, high weight low rep ? are there any other exercise that are good ?

Most importantly i don't want to be doing anything that can **** up my neck. So does any one have any ideas ?

    Do both my friend.
Nothing will **** up your neck.
Use the neck harness every other day, and do high rep high weight barbells shrugs are easy to do as well.
Do flexion, extension to start with, 5 sets of 10-20 reps.

I meant its pretty hard to hurt yourself with the neck harness or anything else in general unless you are genuinely unlucky in which case it doesn't matter anyway, or pretty stupid, in which case its not my fault any way!

don't tell the guy **** like that. you can absolutely **** up your neck, big time.
    nick 6:
never max out, stop when it gets moderately hard. it can be tempting to max out but don't mess with your neck dude. leave that to your opponent in the ring.

Of course you can injure your neck!!! I suggest you work up to the harness. try laying off the edge of the ring or a bench...something hard and flat that is raised off the ground enough to hang your head off the edge, and do yes's and no's. it's like doing crunches with your neck.
