What's the best way to get cut/ripped?

    Wank every night & High Intensity Exercise & Cardio.

    None of this long slow paced Aerobic exercise.

    Yea I wouldn't say you are ripped. Just an extremely skinny guy. You don't have to be a meathead to bulk up, but gaining strength is very beneficial to any of your fitness goals unless you enjoy fighting that light then keep it up!

    Yeah, I do enjoy fighting that light, but I am also usually way way stronger than most of the other guys near that weight. I can be strong at 130 or weak at 130 depending on how I've been working out. Gaining weight doesn't make me stronger in general. I was curling 100 lbs, calf raising 450 lbs, benching 255, pulling down 300, bent over rows with 100 lb dumbbells. I didn't need to gain weight to get stronger, just from a lifting perspective. But I don't look that defined unless I do the supersets and sprints.

    I need to get another camera because I lost mine a while ago, but I think these videos will give you a better idea of the skinny but strong thing I am talking about.
