Duran going 15 in a competitive loss with Hagler(I find this to be a bigger deal than the barkley win)
    or
Pacquiao beating Thurman at almost 40 years old
    or
Foreman winning the HW title at 45
    or
Hopkins winning the LHW title at 46

Without a doubt, Foreman beating Moorer.

    Accomplishment is a subjective term.

From an historical significance perspective, I agree with others that it is Foreman.

From the perspective of giving an indication of who was the better fighter relative to their size, I think a boxer who was a LW at their peak, being ahead after 13 rounds (for balance most feel he lost the fight around 9/6 or 10/5) vs a top 3 all time MW, is more impressive than a 45 year old KO'ing a 28lbs lighter fighter, who had his first 25 x fights at LHW and was known for not having a great chin, whilst way behind on the cards.

Hopkins won his last title against Cloud at 48. The win over Pascal is the best of the ones listed. Pascal took Dawson's championship right before losing to Hopkins and went on to beat Jack, Browne and Bute. Thurman was fizzling out already and Moorer was a one hit wonder.

I agree with the others, who said it is George Foreman's win over Michael Moorer.

You are selling Moorer short. He was an undefeated heavyweight champion of the world and beat Holyfield . Please try coming up with a better reason / excuse why Moorer wasn't world class, because this theory just got put to bed.

He was a champion bc he was a one hit wonder. Pascal had a handful of hits. And like I alluded to, Cloud at 48 should be listed.

Those are all excellent achievements. I’m going to go with Foreman’s win over Moorer, but that doesn’t make those other ones any less valuable

Well that explains perfectly why he was three world champion. He only had to punch each competitor once to get the win! So easy!

    This is my thinking also.
Foreman moorer is a seismic event, but some of the others i listed seem more difficult to pull off even
