Same typical recovery protein shakes everyone sells in supplement stores, maybe he adds extra stuff to it like extra carbs, creatine, amino acids to help boost recovery.

People on this forum so ignorant and clueless, if you want to take performance enhancing drugs better bend over and inject that in your ass, not pop a steroid or a-side meth pill in a shake. fkin lol. It's not a date **** drug.

As for why it's a secret, again people lack basic common sense. Ariza adds "mystery" to his shake cos in turn it adds value to his product, his product is that of a fitness trainer and nutritionist. By having that secret product that serves the no.1 boxer in the world, his value rises as a trainer. If he just out said, yea you can buy this at a supplement store, what is his selling point as a trainer?

Supplement companies to the exact same thing all the time. Create a new magic supplement that will make you shredded in no time, insert x amount of these magical ingredients and act like they've just created the second coming of bread slice.

Drug doping isn't about shakes. It's about outright taking the ped drugs properly and then masking those drugs in the body via further drugs, and correct time planning so that it's clear for testing. Something Victor Conte and Heredia were experts at.

If it was indeed PED's. I'm sure Roach and Ariza knew, but even with all their bad blood I doubt either of them will say anything because BOTH their reps would be on the line.

If Pac was on PED's, it'll come out after he's retired. We'll probably hear about it 10/15 years from now. IF HE WAS, NOT SAYING HE DID.

when my trainer went over to SMS gym and trained with a few high profile boxers (no names), he came back with stories freaking out over it. he was saying they had guys in there teams just come up to em after and during training "ok now take this" "and this" "and these"

Yeah: He should market them and list the ingredients as a proprietary blend, like the supplement companies.

To anyone on here who actually trains anything seriously. Try 5 grams creatine monohydrate and 5 grams beta alanine pre workout and another 5 grams creatine post workout in your low molecular weight protein recovery shake and will notice a difference in your work capacity.

Just take on training days and the cost if bought in bulk is under $10/month.
