Any news on him...He's one of favorite fighters, and I want to see him back in action. A little feedback would be appreciated!:good
He won a fight last weekend in Mexico. Didn't see how he looked though. He's on the circuit for a while trying to build back up confidence. Also, after this weekend, we'll have an idea of how good Cermeno is. If Cermeno is actually the goods, then it may not be that bad that he lost to him twice.
He's a great fighter, but ****ed up trying to bang against Vic. If Mijares would of boxed on the outside, he could of pulled it out. I might be wrong, but I think he just had 2 good wins and is looking to make a comeback. I'll have to look at some Mexican boxing updates to see whats up.
Tomorrow - fights Alejandro Perez (who's pretty decent) on the Pavlik undercard. He has a belt. He and Mijares fought twice, and Cermeno beat him both times. First time was controversial, but the second time wasn't. Haven't seen either fight though. From what little I've seen of him, Cermeno seems like a good boxer with a solid jab.
He fought a very offensive fight agaisnt Dolorosa days ago. Looked sharp,fast,powerful yet lunged in and seemed hittable.The opponnet was mediocre at best but the KO was beautiful,superb combos. Will be intersting to see what hedoes.I''ll be rooting for him.
