What's the main reason why Floyd didnt come to Ali's 70th b'day?

    We all know that Floyd as a boxing celebrity lived not far from MGM Grand where Ali's 70th birthday was celebrated 3 nights ago. It was attended by famous and well known stars not only Hollywood but also famous boxing guys like Hagler, Leonard, Hearns, Holyfield, Mancini and others. But one notable is the absence of Floyd Money Mayweather. Was there a valid reason why he didn't come in one of these important events that was attended by over 1500 guests in history?
