    I have lost 16 pounds in 2months...

More Olympic Lifting, and power lifting movements.

Getting back into athletics "For the return"..sorted out my Nutrition..and training like the Bionic Man.

I Olympic Lift and Power Lift 3 times aweek, and i have been doing 8 mile interval runs 3 x aweek. Just basic conditioning to build that base.

I was'nt fat but i was not lean, when i was over 200 pounds. It's because i stopped body building and bulking etc...

I am stronger, and lighter now, back to being athletic.

What are you doing at the moment..?

    Training...

    Nutrition...

No such thing as diets just good eating.

Get all your carbs from vegatables, whole grain stuff.. etc..

    Eat Lean meats...

Supplement with "Flaxseed Oil" great for athlete's and anybody during training.

I take 10 grams of flaxseed oil a day.

I dont really know anything about supplements, etc. I'll look into the Flaxseed oil

45 minutes elliptical once in the morning, once at night everyday
lifting 30 minutes morning 4-5 times a week

1800 calories, trying to limit fat grams to around 30-35
only eat chicken, fish, whole grains, fruit vegetables

i dont know what else to do

I have never really lost weight, I only seem to gain it.

Well I have lost maybe 5-10 lbs if you consider where I am at now versus my absolute peak weight.

And when I was sick with strep throat I lost 5 lbs in a week. That was back in highschool. I think I was 160ish then and dipped down into the 150s. That was 6-7 years ago. Im 190-195 now.

I lost 10 pounds in one day. Two-a-day football practices in 15 pounds of pads smack dab in the middle of a state record heatwave. Didn't stay off, but I also wasn't on any type of diet or weight loss regimen.

Probably because it was water weight and had nothing to do with your diet.
