nice work. bet it feels pretty damn good, too. Personally never had to lose weight. Work mainly on adding weight properly, ala lean muscle. I am a lot younger then most in this sport currently tho and naturally have a thin frame.
i will let u know in a few months. im in training for a pro fight and need to drop about 14kgs. been training hard for a few weeks and havre lost a few cm of my gut. but i am only weighing myself once a week. and tonight is weigh day.
My weight fluctuates by 10-14lbs. If I have just bought a property to do up I have no kitchen for a while so don't eat proper meals and spend all my free time doing back breaking work on the property so I lose weight. When I am not doing that I exercise regularly and eat like a horse and usually pack on 10lbs of muscle and my weight goes up. I have lost about 8-9lbs in the last 7 weeks doing up my latest place.
My highest was 94kg, which doesnt sound that bad at 6'1" except that I was almost completely sedentary and it was all fat. Got down to 78kg, now hover between 82 and 88kg but with vastly better composition. Currently 84kg and dropping 1/2 to 1kg/week, til I'm 81 probably.
I've never really lost weight. I've been at about 12 and a half stone (85kgs) for a few years now. I'm 5'10"/11"ish.
last summer all I did was run. Long distance one day then interval sprints the next. without changing my diet I went down from 210 to 180
17 lb in 2 months...went from 165 to 148 -cut out all of the white bread, soda, fried food and candy from my diet -tried to eat multigrain bread..w tuna/turkey/grilled chicken...these were my primary meals (although one time a week on sat night i would eat anything) - spread my meals to 5 meals a day instead of 3.. - never skipped breakfast - and 4-5 times a week of excercise cardio/weighlifting toghether
I have lost over 25lbs and still working on it. I was 269 when i started working out now im down to about 240ish depending on the day. I am hpoing to be about 200 by the time the summer ends oh i started working out in april. just watch what i eat and go for long runs.
