I dont know why the cruise issue keeps being brought up, that was before the camp started, it wasnt like he ****ed off half way through.

With regrards to who do I think would win, at any point in there careers Id pick Hatton to win, Witters awkward but awkwardness doesnt make up for not being as good a fighter.

I agree, If Hatton had said ****-all about his run in with Witter & just followed the usual line about promotional problems HBO ect then this would have died years ago. But 2 deny a fellow professional a pay day is downright malicious & hints at the fact that he ai'nt up 4 it.

At the BBC awards ceremony Witter is said 2 have whispered into Hatton's ear as he was passing "ONE DAY" since then it's come accross 2 me anyway that Hatton's attitude borders on the childish/spitefull, a bit like a bully encountering a bigger bully & it's my party & you're not invited.

As i've said previously this fight can be made, give the man his payday, stop playing demi-god, Hatton claims 2 be a big Duran fan, i can tell yer now that if a Witter or anyone had wispered "ONE DAY" into Duran's ear they would have been shitting teeth fragments for a month, the fight would have been made & the upstart battered at the weigh-in & beaten 2 a pulp in the ring. DURAN ducked no-one:bbb

At the risk of sounding like a 13 year old with a bad attitude......"Get over it".

This really is only a big deal to Witter fans (fair enough) and a few Internet loons who have trouble comprehending thats theres a big wide world away from boxing forums where life isn't always fair.

Ricky was as fat as a pig when i saw him, he should have taken the weight off slowly with no more than 2lb a week max, i met a couple in Vegas who were on the same cruise & they were appalled at his behaviour, totally wiped out 24/7. those extra 4 weeks could have made all the diff in the pacman fight, who knows??? but at least get yerself in prime fighting order & never underestimated yer opponant.

I was in Vegas 10 before the fight & saw Hatton a week before the fight & he looked good, bright eyed.clear skin, but at the weigh-in i was absolutely shocked at the state of him, he looked like a concentration camp inmate, he could'nt make the weight proberly & just boiled down, compared 2 Pacman he looked a wreck. Anyone can make weight but 2 make weight safely & respect yerself.

It all came home 2 roost with him being laid out like a starfish & i'am convinced if that he'd only taken this fight seriously who knows what the result would have been. My Yank mates were shocked at the fact that he decided 2 **** off on a cruise mid feb, did you see pacman do that, er NO!!!

On this issue you fall squarely into the "13 year old with a bad attitude" bracket.

I don't think there's a category for paranoid 12 year old mental defectives with no social life.

What are you up to here? **** stirring? Grow up FFS, those 2 can look after themselves without your back up. I know we disagree a lot but I thought you were better than that.

I've had Flint on ignore for 2 days, not 2 weeks (as you well know!) and I'll take him off it as soon as he returns to normal (or whatever passes for normal in Swansea).

I'll leave it to you to decide what bracket to put people in who repeatedly bring up the same issue, over a number of years, in dozens of threads and along the way feel the need to criticize a boxers family, missus, speech pattern, football club, morals.........

I don't think Betty is 12 years old unless he has rich parents. He had the coin to buy one of JETSKI's paintings.

    FLINT...point taken. He's mental

 Yeah can really see that c**t Ray Hatton agreeing to that.

    BTW Witter would KO Pacquiao.

Please. Witter won a vacant paper title in a snoozefest against a boxer who went on to lose his next 5 fights. Witter then managed a whopping two defences.

Hatton-Witter should've probably happend before Hatton challenged Tszyu. There was a few Hatton fights which Showtime didn't screen, who didn't want Witter.

The thing is though, if he'd have trained for 4 weeks prior to the camp as yourve suggested that would of been a 16 week camp, thats ridiculous to train for that long. As for being blathered on the cruise 24/7 thats bollocks because he had already started light cardio work whilst on the cruise, Im not seeing he didnt have a few shandys, but who doesnt on holiday. As for Paquiao not doing the same, Manny was doing lots of filming for a new movie in the philipines before the camp, he got into a big legal dispute with two broadcasters in the philipines DURING the camp, and pitched at a baseball game about a fortnight before the fight, so please dont make out like there was nothing else in his life
