Fair play, maybe I reacted a little heavy but I'm a huge Benn fan so I'm really bias, I have no problem admitting that, I know I am bias and blinkered on this subject, can't help myself.

Anyway, yeah I agree, the referee was a problem, a huge problem, the fact he didn't speak English was a glaring problem BEFORE the first bell.

I agree, rabbit punching is extremely dangerous and Benn did throw a lot of them, the referee again was very poor.

My point was we don't know how GM injuries happened, we really don't, it may well have been rabbit punches but we will never know for certain.

And yeah, it's well documented that GM was really in to dog fighting and letting his pits kill other dogs, like labs, his sister came out after his injuries and apologised in his behalf for what he did.

Personally that sickens me (and no doubt nearly everybody on these boards) so I really struggle having any sympathy for GM, his cruelty towards animals is evil and sick.

That does change my view on GM…and appreciate our agreement on ref…I think it really effected Benn too…
