Set2; (As many as you can, preferrably 8) - 100m Sprint - Fast Jog back - 75m Sprint - Fast Jog back - 50m Sprint - Fast Jog back - 25m Sprint - Fast Jog back Looks easy but is very very hard. Kept me soar for a week. Any time below 2:50 is good, Below 2:20 is very good and if you can do it below 2 your not normal
i was watching a heavyweight doing a circuit which included at one point burpees with a clap pushup into a muscle up. Middle of a strength routine. I was impressed but didnt think the risk of injury was a good call leading into his fight
