I mean, i understand building a fighter up, but give me a ****en break, this dude is 33 yrs old, has had over 400 ammy fights, world champ, has been knocking down tomato cans for a very long time, top names have been calling his bluff ever since his "i'll fight anyone from 154-168" statement, yet he still can't get a decent opponent ?????

wtf am i missing here ?

this dude claims to be the most avoided, yet after every fight, it seems that by the following tuesday he already has another fight signed, and set up vs another tadpole ......wtf

That was a pretty wak post Freddy.

GGG is obviously not prepared to sit around for a yr and wait on Cotto or Canelo or the winner of Floyd Pac, or if Froch or Ward are ever gonna get back in the ring.

What he is doing is fighting the top fighters willing to get their heads smashed.

You obviously DKSAB or you'd realize that in his last fight he beat the UnCrowned Lineal MW Champion in Murray who was also the uncrowned IBF MW titlist.

In his previous fights, he'd beaten 2 time multi-org titlist Daniel Geale, who is not fighting the wrongly crowned Lineal MW titilist.

    Come on Freddy.

Eveyrone in the entire MW division is fighting for 2nd place.

    As for SMW.....theyre overpricing themselves.

    And think about this......

What if JCCJr went ahead with a fight vs GGG at 168. He'd been wieght drained, and its obvious that he's STILL not taking the sport seriously.:think

No one is willing to step in the ring with GGG. Cotto always holds himself out as a man of honor and integrity. Well, he needs to put his money where his mouth is. GGG would demolish Cotto and Cotto knows it.

The plan is always the same: unify at his weight class, and then try to beat higher weight classes opponents.

Makes perfect sense, except for people like you, OP, who cant sleep at night because of GGG and pretends he be fighting bigger guys outside his weight class.

"wtf am i missing here ?"

You're trying to miss the FACT andre ward fought as a light heavyweight in the past and even claimed he would move up to heavyweights and beat klitschko. Why aren't you mad at that statement? Double standard? Agenda? Try to be more subtle about your obsessions and bias next time. Just to embarrass yourself less.

"They've made it pretty clear that they need a tune-up or two" - Sanchez on a Ward fight, yesterday's interview (25 April 2015)

It'll happen eventually. Freddy will be nervous as all hell.

pretty sure you will eventually get to see the fights you want to see , he does not come across as a ducker , im pretty sure he means everything he says when he says he will fight anyone but he is not willing to wait around for them . he is an active fighter unlike 90% in this day and age . its common knowledge he wants to unify middleweight which will then put him at superstar status and then there will be a big money incentive for these other guys to face him .

I think the plan is to make money. It certainly isn't about fighting the best fights, or about building a legacy - or GGG would've moved up in weight. There is nothing left for him at 160, he is only there for the potential pay days that come with Cotto and Canelo.

He's the 'turds fave fighter and on may 3rd the bandwagon will be louder than ever

Why unify a **** division? Ggg wants to unify against a welterweight lol....what a tough guy .....the plan is more bums and jokes for the "king"

This is the dumbest rationale I have ever read. He hasn't unified the MW division so he is ducking and should move to a higher weight because the lineal MW champ won't fight him. After he takes the MW title he can look to fight up or down.

Seems like the plan is live off hype with fighting bum fighters til someone gift's him with a chance.
It's not 100% a duck to me if your fighting better fighter's.
Looking strictly at Cotto's situation he moved up to MW last year his 1st fight was vs the real Champ and his second fight will be vs GGG's best win, after that is Canelo.
The only fighter you can knock is Geale but again Geale is GGG's best win.
Canelo is ducking if he doesn't go to 160 to fight, Mayweather is ducking if he doesn't go to 154 to fight him, but GGG can duck Lara for Monroe an no one say's a thing.
