What's the worst All-Time-Great of boxing?

To be fair to Tito though all his losses were above his best weightclass not that I'm saying Hopkins and Wright weren't challenging opponents anyway stylistically.

But the fact is Tito is undefeated at his best weightclasses Welterweight/Jr Middleweight and I'd still rank him fairly highly H2H at those weights.

 

Someone like Ricky Burns, 3 weight world champion so that in itself already makes a case for ATG status, but watching Ricky Burns, there are so many non-ATG’s that would beat him.
