What's The Worst Fight You Forced Yourself To Watch?

Me too!!! That was the next one I was going to stick down - god I hated Calzaghe!!?? Arrogant ***** - had his arse handed to him by David Starie earlier on in his career and also by Hopkins and Kesler in my view - when Jones had him going in the very 1st round I was screaming at the TV to finish him - that would've been hilarious but Jones let the moment pass and the fight became horrible - just horrible - back in the day Jones would've wiped the floor with calzaghe and calzaghe knows it - but no doubt he keeps yes men around him telling him beat Roy Jones - knob.

Trinidad-De La Hoya wasn't the worst fight ever but considering they were both hyped,unbeaten,prime,big punchers and p4p top 10 fighters at the time they met,what they produced was a major disappointment for me and the crap decision just added to the farce imo.

Holyfield-Vaughn Bean was dreadful as well.

 

Actually Klitschko fights can be entertaining if you try and watch a robot 1-2 fatties in the face for 12 rounds as a source of humor. admittedly i've gotten some good laughs from this.

I'm at odds here. Cuz you never know how a fight will go just prior to the opening bell... However, I do hate chess games like "Klit-Iggy" or "Holy-Valuev."

I admire skills. BUT! I need a display of skills along with action performed during a bout...

Always quite an easy one to answer,for me. Carlos De Leon v Johnny Nelson 1990. De Leon was over the hill,and ready to be taken. Nelson pushed out his tongue that night,far more than he did punches. UGH...!!!! Others I can think of were a lot of heavyweight Alphabet boys during the 80's.

I along with Millions of others had the misfortune of watching Johnny Nelson verses Carlos DeLeon on a prime time terrestrial TV (Network TV) slot.

Also Starling/BrelandII was not so good on a big fight special on a Saturday afternoon (for us Brits), ditto another Network TV fight (SKY for the UK), which should of been fun, but stunk the joint out; Moorer/Bonecrusher...
