What's the worst fight you've ever seen?

williams vs cintron . Started off terribly and just got a worse and more bizarre . A really bad night for boxing .

Not the worst fight though. I can see punches being thrown, and landing.

Tate was either **** or he's tanking it.
Tate beat Langford a few times , but again there's so much fakery and tanking going on in professional boxing that it's hard to tell who was good and who wasn't.

 

More recently uv got to say... Haye vs Valuev- i simply could not watch it again.

Calzaghe vs Hopkins- terrible

But Johnny nelson fights take the biscuit. If you like boredom then buy johnny nelsons career on DVD

 

Harold Johnson vs Marty Marshall

Mainly because Marshall's style is like slowly watching a cat claw out its own stomach.

 

I'd be interested in seeing that though. Mainly because Marshall had a win over Liston.

It is interesting to see him, I'll grant that.

Basically imagine a Daddy Long Legs insect with shoes on trying to stand up right on ice, whilst trying to Riverdance and occasionally chucking out punches. Very obscure style but the novelty soon wears off.

Taylor-Spinks was terrible to watch.Cory spinks made the fight ugly and there was a low punch output by both boxers

 

chris byrd vs davaryll williamson - these 2 were friends so they decided to not to hurt each other. the ref had to tell them several times to fight...i was so high on davaryll taking the ibf belt off byrd but he just blew it and in the process pissing me off. the only positive about this fight was james toney rippin it to shreds in an interview as well as talking **** about chris byrd's wife lol
