5:35 into the vid. Setup is for armbar but variation is a reverse armbar, or actually a forarm manipulation.. Can someone explain this one? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vB4Szkffm7w
Its like a calf cutter, i dunno the "official" name for it. Try putting ur right foot behind ur left knee and sit down on that. Overly simplified but u get the idea. Same thing here. When a guy give you hard time with arm bar you can sneak that in. Its not very useful because a slow setup but if practiced it works. There are few variations of that move too.
Yep, I know exactly what you are talking about.. Just looked like some sort of elbow or shoulder sub.. Sorta like this right? http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3106407272250074927&q=karo+parisyan&total=87&start=30&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=8
Yep, same concept. That Karo move is actually a good one. I pulled it several time on people much more experienced than me(purple belt). BJJ guys just dont practice many leg subs and if they do them they are very sloppy and usually easily countered by the likes of SAMBO technique.
thats actually one of my brothers favorite submissions, its called a bicep slicer, it ****in hurts...bad but the dangerous this is that when you apply it you run the risk of popping your own knee
