From whats been said before about these contracts is that they include extension clauses, so if u fight once they get u to sign to a 3 fight deal or something like that, otherwise they wont get u any fights. Its because the promoters spend money in building up your name so they technically have the rights to your fights. Could be a bunch of balloney,but thats been the recurring explanation.
