What's taking him so damn long to fight again? Judah is fighting this weekend and Shane still aint fighting till October! WTF! He's too old for long layoffs. Don't be surprised if Mayorga takes his head off.

Shane has done this alot in the last several years and he is not getting any younger I have always wished he would stay more active but I have had to wait just like everyone else.

At 36 he is shot, at his peak he would have blasted Cotto out in 6, he will beat Mayo but it's time for him to hang it up.

I'm honestly not convinced he will beat Mayorga unless he invests in a ton of body work.

Could Shane defeat Forrest in a third fight? Or is just impossible stylewise?

Forrest looks bad against Mora but at this stage Mora is much faster than Shane so I would still have to favor Forrest just because he has the mental edge.

Mora is also taller than Shane.

    Exactly...

Mosley is past his best but is nowhere near "shot." He will dispose of Mayorga handily.

:patsch SSM is 36 and has been on the decline since 04, before he he fought Vargas he came back to 147 and had tune ups against Estrada and Cruz and didn't look good in either fight.

He is nowhere near as fast as he was at his peak nor does he have the stamina he had before, noway in hell Cotto competes with the speed Mosley had in his prime.

No, he is not shot at all.....he's past his prime but not shot.

    There is a difference.

He looked good against Cotto in his last fight. The only thing that he has lost edge in has been his reflexes, which cost him the fight with Cotto.

He still has his speed and power which allow him to ramain at top level.

Yep, you have to wonder what the **** Team Mosley is/was thinking abruptly calling off the Judah fight because of a delay that would have ended far sooner than they're scheduled for Mayorga. People were saying that Mosley ran away from Judah when he had an opportunity. I wouldn't doubt it, perhaps Shane realized he was really slowing down in training camp and took his chance to duck out when it came along. Mayorga is about 5 speeds slower than Judah after all.
