What happened to the 154 pound division? It seems like it is being forgotten. There are very good fighter, like Spinks, Karmazin, Ouma, Forrest, ODLH, Daniel Santos, etc., but there doesn't seem to be much noise out of this division. The current guys aren't big enough to compete at 160, so they should be fighting each other. I know a lot of these guys aren't household names, but they would be great guys to put on undercards. It's strange to me that this division is not being promoted very much.

It was looking real good for a little bit and then some fighters moved up to 160 and some moved down to 147. Still a good division though...I'd like to see unification.

I don't know about Mayorga, but Julio is a good prospect.

I've never seen this guy fight, so I don't have an opinion on him.

I would like to see a Forrest/Mayorga rubber match. I think Vernon would **** Mayorga now.

I think Vernon is still scared of Mayorga, both are on their way out anyway. Though Forrest can still has a few good fights left. I think Ouma needs to come back down and regain a belt. DlH could clean out the division, but there is no money in the division for him (at least not enough by his standards).

The trouble with this division is that the guy who owns it would rather fight at 147. Mayweather is the champ at 154-140. DLH would be the champ in this weight if he wanted to be a full time fighter going for belts. Forrest still has a few miles left I guess. Spinks is a top contender, but his style sucks and no one wants to watch him fight.

That's the biggest problem with the division, since he is probably the best fighter in it right now.

Spinks, Alcine, and Dzinziruk are the top 3 in the division

Anyone else is a cut below.

Alcine will dominate Forrest, and rumour has it that his promoter is working on making this happen.

The other thing, I'm pretty sure Karmazin is a middleweight now.

I think Forrest can make some noise, he just needs to get back to himself mentally, Mayorga really fuc*ed him up
