I like Lopez and his competition so far has been decent but nothing special. Luevano, DeLeon, and an old Penalosa makes up the bulk of his work and they were all top 10 or close fightrs when Lopez beat them. But it is time he starts fighting some of the other top guys. Concepcion is an ok fighter but he's made for Lopez, after that defense he needs to face another top featherweight.

I didn't see a problem with Arum building up a Lopez-Gamboa bout, it made sense to build it into a big fight. But if he's going to play it safe with them until they meet then make the fight now.

Caballero just made his debut at Featherweight.

Theres no reason why JuanMa/Caballero can't happen now.

There is no reason, but I bet it'll be Gamboa that'll steps up and takes on Caballero. Gamboa si tiene los pantalones bien puestos, ya lo sabes. :good

    You must be mexican..

anyways, Bob Arum is trying to make Juanma a star....Floyd fought no 1 for the longest time....Arum has Juanma in the same path he had floyd.....its not up to juanma who he fights at this point in his career....

and wtf do you want from calderon?? to go up in weight?? if he wants to dominate 1 weight class then so be it....its not his fault no 1 at that weight can beat him

When Juanma fought against Ponce De Leon who at the time most thought was unbeatable beast.....
I thought Juanma would take that appraoch throughout, however you may
have a point there....( hurts to concede it !!! )
