He's definitely not invincible. Still the best boxer P4P. He's already been beat by a tough rugged puncher. I would love to see him fight Berchelt.

A simple brainfart on his part, it happens. I saw him rocked a couple of times and he took those shots well, I think that proved his chin is pretty solid.

    This.

There are weight classes for a reason.

What boggles my mind is that there are people on both sides of a fighter's loyalty that want him to moveup for different reasons. Take Floyd for example. It's clear he was undersized at 154, even. Haters wanted him to move to 160 to get KTFO, which he undoubtedly would have been. But then you get his cheerleaders that truly believe he'd go up to 160 and make #easywork out of Golovkin. :duh Back to the subject - Loma should stay at about where he is now. I think it's his ceiling weight wise.

Linares landed his best strongest punch on Lomachenko, it was a flash knockdown, Lomachenko got careless and got caught coming in, yet he was not hurt at all, it was a flash knockdown. It shows that Lomachenko has a strong chin, lots of stamina, and he showed power!!!!!!! I thought Lomachenko would get a UD, but did not think he would knock Linares out! The judges were corrupt, it wasn't a close fight, Lomachenko won rounds 1 through 5, he was easily winning round 6, but got caught with Linares' best punch, flash knockdown, was not hurt, got right up, still had his balance, it could have been called a 10-9 round as Lomachenko won the entire round easily except for the flash knockdown.............then Lomachenko was careful in round 7, but then came on and stopped Linares. Linares looked like Andre The Giant compared to Lomachenko! How such a small fighter could knock out such a huge fighter is unreal, since Linares can fight well, but the decision was corrupt, no way was it a draw, no way could Linares have been ahead on the cards, corrupt judges. I guess Oscar owned the judges, shows us what Oscar will do in Vegas where he owns everything, the judges, referee, boxing commission, etc. wasn't it Trella who had El Pollo winning the 7th round against Golovkin that even the idiot Byrd had Golovkin winning? I don't like Julie Lederman either.................Teddy Atlas was correct! Lomachenko stopped Linares in the 10th round and I agree with Teddy's scorecards.

Legit knockdown and was definitely hurt, his body language after the knockdown is enough to tell you that he felt it. Came back great though. I actually thought Linares hurt him a little with a combination a couple of rounds later as well.

The knock down was reminiscent of the kovalev Vs ward knock down, Neither were heavy knock downs just caught with perfectly timed shots, No shame in either, However its funny how people perceive both of them totally differently based on their bias. Both were legit knock downs, again just caught with perfectly timed shots, **** happens, lomachenko went on to dominate there after, knock down aside that's the best i have seen lomacheko, skill wise i have him as my p4p as of now, The knockdown will just give other fighters confidence that they can beat him and that he is human, even if in reality landing that same shot isn't going to be easy.

I see some posters claiming flash knockdown that were going on like ward got dropped by the biggest shot of all time and barely survived the round, so utterly biased it blows my mind how the hate of another fighter can send people into such denial, i honestly wonder if they truly believe what they say.

This is the 1st ive heard that anybody may of not seen it as a legit knockdown. It was as legit as they come. Clean shot and Loma had that glazed look in his eyes for a second or 2. Was a very good shot.

This, people always go to one extreme to the other, Floyd pushed it to 154 and the heaviest he even weighed for a fight at 154 was 151 that says it all, I think 140 for loma is floyds 154, he could beat some guy's up there for sure but some of the big 140lbers would be extremely dangerous based purely on size, even when floyd fought at 154 he fought guys who previously fought at lower weight classes. Kell brook is a good example of a weight class too far, no matter how skilled you are size matters.

Linares said he thought the stoppage was premature in the post fight interview but hindsight is 20/20. He didn't complain at all when the ref waved it off. I think he was badly hurt and Loma would have punished him if it had continued. The ref made the right call. But, I agree, he had a shot to win it according to the judges if he had finished strong.
