    What's more important?

Keeping the IBF trinket, or facing Cotto for a career-high payday and being able to get the biggest win of your career?

It's best to not try too hard to "get it" with the mandatories and ratings.

Margo was not in danger of being stipped. He was told by Arum that he would have to give up the belt in order to fight Cotto.

This is why I agree that Margo is #1 welterweight at the moment. Yes he only has one belt, but he beat Cintron, and Clottey and doesnt need to prove anything against berto at the moment. Next up is williams who I think is #2 until both fight obviously.

Belts don't mean **** the fighter makes the Belt anyway. Only one I really pay attention to is the Ring Magazine Belt anyway.
