going down = oscar going to 147 for pac

This is difficult to answer. By 'going up' do you mean people who can't be arsed to make the weight like Guzman? And by 'going down' do you mean people who have been whipped and return with their tail between their legs like Herbie Hide? If so then by those standards I've listed I say going up is worst- if fighters are challenging themselves and come up short in a higher weight class then that is no bad thing, IMO. Lazy *******s who can't be arsed to make weight **** me off.

Obviously it depends on many things.

Either way, it may affect your total performance but it still depends on how the fighter can cope up w/ change in weight.

Both are difficult but I would assume going down takes more.
