The fighters would split $105,000,000. So $40,000,000 can go to Manny and that would be $15,000,000 more his highest payday.

$65,000,000 can go to Floyd and that would be $15,000,000 more his highest payday

The $40,000,000 offer was very fair. Pac just used that as an excuse to duck Floyd again.

If he takes the $40,000,000, each fighter can have $15,000,000 more than there highest payday.

Floyd has a career high payday of $50,000,000 and Manny has a career high of $25,000,000.

 We can go on for days but I think people get the picture...Robberies occur in boxing so I dont blame him for rejecting that offer.

using "A sides" is not important.

Just common opponents. I notice how you throw in that "a" sides.

You do realize they would use Oscar numbers for both fighters in negotiations.

Pacquiao is not very risky at all. His style is tailormade for Floyd.

It sucks for us fans that Manny didn't take the fair $40,000,000 and fight.

The problem is that Pacquiao made no real offer because he isn't in any position to make such a phony offer. If Pacquiao said anything pertaining to an offer, its probably more of a comment or counter argument if anything, nothing more.

Good point.:good I give him the BOTD in my opinion related to this. I think Koncz told him to say 50/50 or no deal.:good

He doesn't realize that he can't make $40,000,000 without Floyd, and that Floyd can make $50,000,000 without Manny.:huh

It would be a fair offer if boxing wasn't so corrupt. When the stakes are high the fix can be in. As an offer it's acceptable. Else should be 50/50

An agreed set split is the way to go (the traditional way).

No flat guarantees, no splits based on outcome.
