forget these type of things, sports Illustrated will never look at fighters any more because of what the sport is, hurting people, alot of companies what no part of combat sports and they put ads in this mag

Oh and Jeter has a wayyyyyy better resume then Pacquiao. Jordana Brewster, Mariah Carrey, Jessica Alba, Jessica Beil, Minka Kelly and those are just the ones I can remember off the top of my head.

Baseballer's are the weakest excuse for athletes on the planet. They need freaking massive gloves to catch a ball for goodness sake! No offense.

Pacquaio should definately have won it. He is the greatest athlete in the world right now.

:patschBaseball is one of the hardest sports to play. Try hitting a 95mph fastball or a 88mph curveball. Realize what you're talkin about before you speak.

And I played softball in primary school, similar game. It ain't that hard, and you don't have to be a great athlete to play it. And even ******s can catch a ball with a baseball glove.

Anyway, haven't watched baseball since Kirby Puckett used to play. Did Jeter get the award for a combination of his hitting and short stop work, or just for his short stop work?

Nobody reads SI anymore anyway. That's why SI has all those deals with teams winning championships, Madden, NBA Live, etc. SI struggles to get people to read their crap.

Softball is the girls verison of baseball. The ball is easy to hit cause it's thrown slow as **** and it's bigger then a baseball.

And its a lil hard for "******s" to react in a spilt second to get to a ball that isnt hit right at you. Baseball players dont get paid all that money if any ******* can play it.

Oh and a baseball season is 162 games over the course of a little more then 6 months....... Lets see how you feel come the playoffs.

You have no clue what you are talking about. Baseball is without a doubt one of the hardest sports to play. Hell, throwing the ball is hard for people, much less catching the ball. ******s wouldn't be able to catch the ball, hell regular people that aren't ******s can't throw the ball watch some of the ceremonial first pitches. It's a lot harder than it looks.

Look, cricket players don't need gloves to make split second catches. And it takes alot more skill to deal with a 100mh ball bouncing off a pitch. And they can face hundreds of balls in a innings. Baseballers are overrated. And they are overpaid, definately.

The reason they get paid so much is due to it being the American national sport. The sport fathers bring their kids up on. Everybody watches it, so the money's there.

162 games in 6 months. See, that's how taxing the game is, they sometimes play 2 games in a day. Most players hardly raise a sweat, besides pitchers. c'mon, be real. There are much better athletes in other sports.
