Like you genuinely think this, but most people think you're either trolling or an imbecile? Or perhaps both?

I'll start without fear...I think Richard Torrez would be the hardest fight for Usyk at this point. Why? He has a good engine, he's shorter than Usyk, has a weird jerky style, very quick feet and hands, and I think he would just come forward and unload without fear on this slower-footed Usyk. He might get chinned in the process, but if he can avoid being hit flush, I see a very taxing and competitive fight for this older version of Usyk, at least for the first 6 rounds.

Wardley is too samey to what Usyk has already fought at heavyweight and does not apply enough pressure to have much success against Usyk. It would be like Dubois 2.0, but Wardley would likely go longer due to having a superior brain.

Kabayel is too slow in hand and foot speed for even this older Usyk to have much trouble with. I think Usyk would pick him apart more easily than Torrez, due to the clear advantage in hand and foot speed even at nearly 40.

Itauma has not passed the engine test, so I have no clue.

I don't know if folks think I'm an imbecile or not, but I think Fundora will be damn near unbeatable if he improves on his new style of working behind the jab and staying long range.

I'm not impressed by Usyk and think theres quite a few guys who could have beaten Fury and AJ over the past few years but Usyks the only one who got the chance. And a big part of why he got that chance is because AJ thought he was the easy one. I don't know how people who were uninspired by Wlad can see Usyk and think thats the greatest HW they've ever seen.

I think Jared Andersons most likely the better American HW over Torrez but Torrez still has an 0 and Jared Anderson got the roadkill treatment after the Bakole fight where people are pretending his career is over.

Wardley is about the 15th best HW H2H. He got a title shot that could have went to 30 other people then got 2 late stoppages in fights he was losing. I think part of why Usyk didn't fight him is theres a good chance Wardley does nothing after losing his title and he'll get no credit for beating him.

Every single fight that Usyk has taken part in since his move to heavyweight has been a risk reward calculation, his primary concern is money, way way more than legacy. This is masked by him being a brilliant fighter, but the mask has been slipping further and further on his motivations these last 12 months.
If you view his match making decisions through that lens, his choices make a lot more sense.

Of course the more common narrative is that he wanted to fight the IBF belt winner of Joshua v Dubois (two guys he had already beaten) - rather than the WBO interim champion, Parker - to improve his legacy. And now he wants to fight Wilder - rather than the WBC interim champion, Kabayel - um, to improve his legacy?

That wasn't exactly how I remember it going down with Joshua/Usyk.
Both Warren and Hearn were desperate to make the Joshua v Fury fight for undisputed. Bob Arum somehow managed to **** things up with the Wilder arbitration. Warren tried to keep hope alive by trying to throw Joe Joyce at Usyk for the WBO interim. Usyk refused to fight Joyce unless he was given a 93% to 7% split... (Possibly tongue in cheek, but the intention was clear)
So Usyk was actively trying to block undisputed, the WBO tried to hold him off, but when the arbitrator ruled in favour of Fury, they couldn't anymore. He forced the WBO to give him his title shot as mandatory (after usurping Whyte's position through the cruiserweight rule).
Ultimately, Joshua had his hands tied, as he was so close to undisputed that he obviously didn't want to drop the belt. But I agree they underestimated Usyk. And Usyk was more than happy to sign up for a big money rematch clause.
Ultimately, Wilder was the one who actually stopped Fury v Joshua, Usyk just benefited from it.

Though, I do agree that Usyk took his chance as mandatory, then effectively pulled up the (financial) ladder by not giving other guys their shot.

Since there is only one world, there should be one world champion, and one #1 contender that the champion has to fight once a year.

Crazy stuff, I know. But in all seriousness, there is generation of guys on here who, admit it or no, like the multiple titles so there are more title fights.

Some of of the manlet divisions should be eliminated and a 185 division should be created instead.

Itauma is a manufactured hypejob created to fill the vacuum Usyk created by dethroning the UK's dominant control of the heavyweight division post-Wlad. Wardley's and Dubois' success and help from the refs is also a symptom of this.

I'm sure I can think of a few others.

Axe like 8 or 9 weight classes or keep the weight classes and make one world champion per weight.

Only commonsense really, when you are a 6ft 5 and a half inch tall super welterweight with an 80 inch reach. If only he'd thought of that earlier. He'd still be undefeated.

In a way there is only one proper world champion, there’s just several opinions on who that is (WBC’s, WBA’s, IBF’s, WBO’s)

Hence it being a disputed claim to call yourself THE world champ unless you become the champion in every respected bodies opinion, therefore you become the Undisputed champ.

Dana may be creating another “opinion” too
