I know it's kinda corny, but what the hell...what would be a perfect way for this fight to play out, in your opinion? For me, it would be a back and forth war similar to Corrales-Castillo I, ending with a late knockout victory for my man Pac. I'm all for Pac, but I'd rather not see a one-sided affair in favor of either fighter, but if it happens for Pac, I'll take it! And if Pac does win...can you imagine the hype? Mark my words...he will be on the cover of Sports Illustrated, any other sports mag, and probably even get an article in the boxing-shunning New York Times! GO PACQUIAO!!!!!!!!!!
If Cotto vs Pacquiao is half as good as Morales vs Barrera, the real fight of the decade, then we are all in for a treat. My dream scenario? Fight of the year, toughly contested, with Cotto recovering from knockdowns to win the fight by late stoppage. Then we can see it again.
