If you were only able to watch one division for the rest of all boxing kind, what one would you keep. Base it on whatever you want, either current fighters there or the potential it has for good fights or whatever.

For me Id go for either Super Middle or Welter. Super Middle because I know a fair bit about all of the major players in the division, and the fact that its a fairly sensible size for an adult male to be, so you can to have a mix of power, speed, stamina and technique to compete in the division and there is a lot less of a size mismatch between the guys (Vs say at lower weights were a lot of the fighters main skill is the fact that they are actually 20lbs above the limit come fight time).

In terms of pure ability though right now, you cant look past 147. Theres just so many guys in the mix there, with totally varied styles, abilities and weaknesses. There are so many top fights that could be made in the division and theres such a depth of talent there.

    Whats your picks?

I cant see how anyone will pick any other division but welterweight. Too many intriguing matchups and possibilities on the horizon for this division. Favorite fighters in this division is Paul Williams and Cotto. Both guys bring it and have crowd pleasing styles

    Historically, heavyweight, current, heavyweight.

Can't help it. I am fully aware that the boxing isn't as good - the thing is is that no other division can match the Heavyweights for goosebumps. I haven't missed a major fight in years and there have been many *******s - Pacman/Marquez, Morales/Barrera etc. etc. at the lower weights, but nothng matches Lewis-Tyson for pure anticipation. And we knew going in it was a mis-match.

The heavies will throw up on like that every few years and for me it's worht sitting through all the ****.

    Now probably welter.

But probably Lightweight of all time, some of my favourite fights and fighters have resided there.

Usually it is heavyweight, but the current state of the division with no one being really serious about unifying makes it less attractive. So right now I like SMW and I am really excited about the upcoming fight between kessler and Calzaghe. I also find Hatton/Mayweather very interesting.

I can't help myself but the Cruiserweight division is beside the Welterweights the hottest. Great match up's between top fighters and most of them are still very young...
