A counter puncher with good technical ability. I like a fighter who can negate a big punchers power with good footwork and evasive qualities, and who can get in and out quickly landing accurate, hurtful punches, that is the skill of boxing. Brawlers and aggressive fighters are not that interesting to watch.

There is a common theme in all those fights, hugging :tired

Castillo was about the best one, as that was a great punch. Anybody can appreciate that punch.

I didn't find Mayweather-Hatton interesting except for the big fight feeling. Mayweather running around a few rounds, Hatton chasing him sloppily and getting increasingly countered. Lots of messing around in close.

    Maussa is a freak show.

No, Hatton for me is p4p top 5 most boring in the sport today and makes an all-time snooze list.

I can appreciate all styles but my favorite is a counter-puncher. Slick fighters becasue of my love of the sweet science.

How about sluggers with speed? Like Manny Pacquiao.. Even though he's not the all out slugger like he use to be, I just love his style now.. I like counter-punchers as well, but sluggers are more exciting most of the time..

i love watching sluggers/brawlers (esp. w/ speed) who are not afraid to get hit, just show how much heart they really have. but lately, i start liking counterpunching style ala jmm and pbf.

    runners? :bart

    Favourite style:

Golota when fighting against Bowe (except for the groin shots)
Corrie Sanders when fighting Wlad (hey, and I like Wlad)
    Lennox Lewis vs. Michael Grant

    Least Favourite style:

    Lewis vs. Tua (both guys!)
