Even when he sounded "punchy" there was nothing wrong with his mind. BTW, he did give me a signed photo.

I zigged when I should have zagged... whatever that means and it was one of Joe Louis´s opponents but don´t remember who.

    Jack Roper.

I think it's hard to beat Pete McNeeley's wrapping up of Tyson in a "cocoon of horror". :D

When asked which opponent he hit the hardest, Floyd Patterson replied that he couldn’t answer that question unless he asked every opponent he ever hit what it felt like.

    Cheeky. Floyd playing hostile witness.

I’ll answer for him - Ingo!

The foot twitching? That was Ingo sending a Morse code type message, decoded it read thusly - “Someone help me, I can’t move anything but my ***ing left foot!”

    Yumpin Yiminy!

I always liked this one from Roy Jones Jr (which is applicable in life far beyond boxing).

“Plan for setbacks. God puts obstacles in our way to make sure we really want what we say we want.”

(If you don’t share Roy’s faith/belief system, it works just as well if you substitute “God” with “life” or “fate.” Because we’re all going to face obstacles in striving for our goals, and if we don’t plan for setbacks we’ll have a hard time overcoming them.)

Well, it’s a wrestler (Roddy Piper) rather than a boxer, and it’s from a movie rather than an interview or pres conference, but it’s a classic:

“I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass … and I’m all out of bubblegum.”

"My opponents don't understand that I trained every day, as they never did in their lives."
    Alexander Karelin
(probably the athlete who has been tested for doping the most ever, and never tested positive; he applied sufficiently for doping controls)

Basically, I don't know if "Experiment" said something like that, but I like it :)
