whats your mile time

    Hello
    I am currently running 2.6 miles or so in 28 minutes. how fast can you run 1 mile in just curious.

    4 minutes 25 seconds, give or take an hour.

    I was doing 2.6 in 22min with a very steep uphill 1/4 or so.

    Five minutes but that does include a hundred dead hang pull ups.

    i prefer to work on endurance - i do 5 miles in 38 minutes...pretty steady, but a good long aerobic exercise.

    I wonder if on Running forums they post about how many punches they can throw in three minutes...

    That's one of the main things man, you should enjoy running - if it's a grind and a burden then it drags you down and makes it a lot harder. If you clear your mind and enjoy it, that's half the battle won :good

    I have been going at a good pace. I can still talk I am bit dyibg. I can maintain the speed for 30 minutes.
    The running has helped nrvib boxing
