Who's that? There's some good fighters there but for some reason I just don't get excited about any of them. I've had to catch some of the fights after they happen because I forget about them.
Most unloved would be those in between weight classes of jr welter, jr middle, and super middle. Worthless divisions. I might be off topic given some of the answers on this topic but that’s what immediately popped into my head. Ridding the sport of the aforementioned would do a lot for welter, middle, and light heavy.
Bad timing. Cieslak will probably be KOd by 27.02 and move to HW in the hopes of some domestic paydays.
It's a horrendous and useless class that virtually no one pays attention to. It's also one of the reasons Ricardo Lopez is widely overrated. He willingly competed in a ghost town of a division that no one thought was legitimate to pound out hordes of inexperienced no-hopers. He also missed virtually every fighter of note during his tenure. I think Lopez was talented, mind you, but he's not one of the top-10 greatest Mexican fighters ever.
